With a total floor space of 58 m2 (624 ft2) at the attic floor, is the apartment for 4 adults and 2 kids.
Please take a note that there are roof pitches with a height of 1.75 meter.
It features a living/dining room with kitchenette, two double rooms approximately 17 m2 (182 ft2) each and a separate room with a loft bed. The bedroom are approximately 4.5 m2 (48 ft2).
Rooms are well furnished with: shower, toilet, hair dryer, cosmetic wipes and small toiletries, digital TV, safe, closet, and a small desk.
The kitchenette is equipped with: Roof -light, refrigerator, electric stove and oven, water kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (capsules Cafissimo), dishes, dish towels, digital TV and a table with wrap-around bench. No balcony!

Rates are quoted per apartment per night for 4 persons and include towels, linens, dishtowels, Wi-Fi and 2 parking spots per apartment. For each additional person is a extra charge per night.
fees and taxes: A final cleaning fee + waste disposal fee of EUR 200.00 per apartment plus a local tax of EUR 5.00 EUR per person per day will be charged in addition to our rates.
